Meeting Michele felt as if we had known each other for many years. Michele's demeanor is confident, reassuring as well as nurturing, her financial spreadsheets details all necessary numbers and color charts help illustrate your sale, they are first class.
Right then I recognized that she means business, all associated costs and future profit projection pointed the sale to be a very profitable one. I had high hopes for a big payout so I gave her my estimates. Michele reviewed the comps with me and was more enthusiastically driven to a higher price than I had expected.
Michele hired a talented videographer who displayed the strong sale points of my house emphasizing the outdoors and surroundings of my home. My property backs into an Oasis type natural habitat accompanied by five 40 foot pines.
Needless to say she wrote on the listing... look no further than this house this property shines above the rest. Adding the excellent Vail school system.
To make a long story short, she sold my home in one hour. The rest is history. Michele and Kevin are now my friends I will treasure them forever. Their love for their profession, patience and knowledge makes them be upper class with distinction.
Their family is adorable all made me feel as if I was part of a big reunion, always prompt to answer question and redirect my fear into a good learning experience.
In simple honesty if you are selling your home you'd be crazy not to hire this amazing team, you'll be happy and make a ton more money than you thought possible.
